Rogue Lightning impresses on debut

ROGUE Lightning got his career off to the best possible start with an impressive victory in a 6f Restricted Novice at Newmarket on Thursday afternoon. 

The son of Kodiac, who was purchased at the Craven Breeze up for 42,000gns, showed a smart turn of foot to win by four and a half lenghts.

Ridden by Jack Mitchell for the Rogues Gallery syndicate, he had shown promise at home and it was great to see him transfer this promise to the track.
