Hoping the good form continues

Askari, Declarationoflove and Miss Laila all hit the crossbar early last week and all three have come out of those assigments well. They will hopefully be competitve again in a couple of weeks time.

Looking ahead, Mrs Gay Jarvis's Archie lines up in the feature 1m handicap at Windsor tomorrow. The son of Fast Company hasn't won since his debut 2yo success but we have been pleased with his homework and he has some solid form at this level for his previous yard.

On Tuesday, Monsieur Glory runs for Jon Collins and Chris Fahy in the 1m2f handicap at Yarmouth. The faster ground the better for this son of Monsieur Bond and he should run well on his first start for us. He was a dual-winner for Tom Dascombe last year and he is a big horse who has done well over the winter.

Later in the evening, Sweet Vixen tackles the 5f auction maiden at Chelmsford. Running the colours of the Shimplingthorne Syndicate, this daughter of Foxwedge is ready to run but will benefit from this first career start.

On Wednesday we shall again be travelling east to Yarmouth this time with Gold Club who is due to contest the 6f handicap. The son of Multiplex has been in great form this spring with two places from two runs but as a result he remains high in the handicap and is a victim of his own consistency.
